How simple is it for a realtor, loan officer or insurance agent to launch a podcast?
Launching can take as little as a planning session and a recording link. Stimulate plans the concept and first 10 episodes, joins your remote recordings as a live producer, then edits audio and video, writes show notes and cuts captioned clips. You record from your office or a coordinated studio; you stay responsible for your industry's advertising and disclosure rules.
Why keep the show simple?
Busy professionals stop podcasting when it becomes a second job. A simple format, a fixed recording slot and a team that handles everything after the conversation keeps the show going through busy seasons. Consistency is the hard part: Podcast Index counted 4,744,570 feeds on Oct 25, 2026, but only 341,371 had published an episode in the previous 30 days. That is an observation about the whole index, not a promise about any show.
Is your audience listening?
Edison Research's The Infinite Dial 2026 found that 68% of Americans ages 35 to 54 consumed a podcast in the last month, and that YouTube was the most-used podcast service among U.S. weekly podcast consumers 13+ in Q4 2025 (32%). These are market figures, not results for any client.
Realtors
Talk about the community: local business owners, neighborhood guides and the questions buyers and sellers ask. You decide what you say about listings and review episodes against your own brokerage and advertising rules.
Loan officers
Explain the process in plain language: what to expect, how to prepare, what happens at each step. Keep it educational. Stimulate makes no rate claims and adds no rate content. You handle the disclosures and approvals your role requires.
Insurance agents
Help people understand what to ask and how to prepare for a review. Stimulate makes no product, coverage or premium claims. You decide what is said and handle your own compliance approval.
