Working with Stimulate
Do you have a studio?
No. We work remotely. See our pricing page for current prices, or book a free discovery call.
Where are you located?
We work virtually with podcasters everywhere. Planning calls, live producing and delivery all happen online.
How do the monthly packages work?
Packages are billed monthly and cover 4 episodes per month. See our pricing page.
How many clips do I get per episode?
Essentials includes 4 clips per episode, Growth includes 8 and Full Production includes 12. See our pricing page.
What is included in post-production?
Every package includes post-production for 4 episodes a month: editing, audio cleanup and mixing, video edit, captions and show notes.
What does a live producer do?
A live producer joins your recording session to run a tech check, prep guests, keep the run of show on track, monitor audio and video live, and take timestamp notes for the edit. See our pricing page.
Can I get editing only?
Yes. See our pricing page.
Who owns my content?
You do. You own your recordings, episodes, clips and show notes.
Do you post to social media for me?
Social media posting is included in Growth and Full Production.
What add-ons do you offer?

Can I cancel?
Plans are month to month. Editing-only plans can be cancelled anytime with no notice required. If a producer is scheduled for your show, we ask for 30 days' notice to cancel.
Can you produce a podcast remotely?
Yes. Everything we do is remote, so we work with podcasters everywhere.
Do you guarantee downloads or growth?
No. We don't promise downloads, rankings or audience numbers. We help you publish a well-produced show on a steady schedule.
