Frequently asked questions
Do you have a studio?
No. We work remotely. A producer joins your recording session online, and if you want a physical studio we can book and coordinate third-party studio time for you, with the studio fee passed through at cost plus $149 coordination per booking.
Where are you located?
We work virtually with podcasters everywhere. Planning calls, live producing and delivery all happen online.
What does a live producer do?
A live producer joins your recording session to run a tech check, prep guests, keep the run of show on track, monitor audio and video live, and take timestamp notes for the edit. It is included in the Growth and Full Production packages, and extra live producer time is $99 per hour.
What is included in post-production?
Every package includes post-production for 4 episodes a month: editing, audio cleanup and mixing, video edit, captions and show notes. Need editing only? We can arrange a single service on your free discovery call.
Do you post to social media for us?
Yes. Social media posting is included in the Growth and Full Production packages.
How do the monthly packages work?
Packages are billed monthly and cover 4 episodes per month. Essentials is $1,299/mo, Growth is $2,499/mo and Full Production is $3,999/mo. We confirm the details that fit your show on a free discovery call.
Can I start a podcast from scratch with you?
Yes. Add the Podcast Planning launch kit to any package for $1,199 one-time. It covers concept and format, audience and positioning, show name and description, your first 10 episodes planned, a recording setup guide and a launch roadmap.
Can you turn things around faster?
Yes. Rush 48-hour turnaround is available for an extra 30%.
